This week is for the beginning yoga student of all ages.
Using various forms of Yoga which include Asanas, Pranayama, Tantric practices, Mind focusing practices and Meditation your week will introduce you to the many benefits of a daily yoga practice.

What appears to be a gentle form of yoga, is in fact a very deep transformational yoga, that works on all levels of our being.  This deepening of awareness is carried out through the practice of asanas which are physically gentle at the beginning and by keeping the attention inside noticing any sensations within.

One's initial experience of yoga is usually that one notices the deep relaxation experienced during the classes and the calmness and peace of mind which slowly develops. At the same time the asanas begin to work with any tensions which may be held in the body and ones awareness of bodily tension and how to release tensions improves with ones experience.

Yoga not just the physical
As one progresses practicing Yoga one proceeds to unravel or become aware of the conditioning and patterns of our mind. This 'self knowledge' allows one to step outside the 'reaction mode' that many of us reside in, and begin to work towards our higher potential.

A typical day:
8:00am-9:30am breakfast
9:30am-11:00am yoga
11:00am-12:00pm free time
12:00pm-1:30pm lunch
1:30pm-8:00pm  free time/massage
8:00pm dinner

Free time is filled with massages, hikes, horseback riding, reading, nap taking and exploring the area.
