MEALS
All our meals are created with your health and nutrition in mind and lovingly cooked by the experienced chefs at our various venues.  Each day we pick organic home grown vegetables from the gardens and collect fresh eggs from the free range chickens to use in our gourmet cuisine.  That which we don't produce on the grounds we get from local organic farmers including all meats.

Each day will begin with delicious, fresh, cleansing juices and a variety of teas to wake you up and get you ready for morning yoga.  Breakfast includes fresh fruits, homemade granolas and bread, yogurt, wild picked jams and nut butters.  Lunch and dinner offer an array of our finest cuisine that is high in vitamins, minerals and fiber while low in fat and calories.  Consisting of whole grains, vegetables, fish, salads, lean meats, raw dishes, and amazing desserts you will leave each meal feeling satisfied.

Most meals are eaten together at the large dining table with the exception of lunch which can be enjoyed anywhere on the grounds.  During the yoga week we have 2-3 silent lunches to allow you to get in touch with your body while you eat and observe your relationship with food.
