My love of massage began at the age of eight when my grandmother taught me how to give foot rubs, (for purely selfish reasons of course) my training took off from there.  I have spent 10 years working in some of the best spas around the world and learning the healing methods of various cultures.  While Spa Director at Verana Conde Nast Traveler voted us “One of the 10 Best Boutique Hotel Spas in the World, 2005” and my 4 handed massage treatment “The Wave” is used to train therapists across the USA.  

My love of travel probably began on my first cross country NY-LA trip when I was 3 and the movement has never stopped. From touching encounters with locals in Morocco and vistas seen from the tops of African mountains or the engulfing green of the Amazon, this world continually surprises me with its shapes and forms and its vast smallness.   

After living in cities for so many years I moved to France and fell in love with the countryside and it’s peace.  Taking hikes everyday I found myself in touch with the moment to moment movement of nature and the healing that just being outside brings.  Being able to pick wild berries, apples, nuts, mushrooms and salads I found myself creating delicious organic meals that kept me in touch with my body and my surroundings.

I created In Touch, a moving spa vacation to share with others the joy I have found in all of these loves.  Each season I bring together a team of highly experienced people to share their knowledge and hearts with you; who will help remind you to experience the movement and dance of life.  To have a vacation where you leave feeling rebalanced and energized is what In Touch is all about.
